The open letters, addressed to Mr Adam Struzik, Marshal of the Masovian Voivodeship. It is pointing our irregularites in the selection procedure, which should render the final selection ineffective.

The decision has been protested and legally contested by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage of Poland.
