New Agreement on Minimum Artist Fees — Current fees
2026
Minimal wage in Poland, based on Council of Minister’s decision, for 2026 is: 4 806 zł gross.
Minimal artist’s fees in 2026:
a) Group exhibitions:
● for presenting an existing work or works:
not less than 1/2 month’s work = 1/2 minimal wage = 2 403 zł gross● for creation of a new work for the exhibition:
not less than 2 months work = 2 minimal wages = 9 612 zł gross
b) “Small” solo exhibitions / project room format
● including new work or works:
not less than 4 months work = 4 minimal wages = 19 224 zł gross● consisting of existing work or works:
not less than 3 months work = 3 minimal wages = 14 418 zł gross
c) Large solo exhibitions
● new works and/or retrospective exhibition including new work or works and/or existing works:
not less than 6 months work = 6 pensji minimalnych = 28 836 zł gross
2025
Minimal wage in Poland, based on Council of Minister’s decision, for 2025 is: 4 666 zł gross.
Minimal artist’s fees in 2025:
a) Group exhibitions:
● for presenting an existing work or works:
not less than 1/2 month’s work = 1/2 minimal wage = 2 333 zł gross
● for creation of a new work for the exhibition:
not less than 2 months work = 2 minimal wages = 9 332 zł gross
b) “Small” solo exhibitions / project room format
● including new work or works:
not less than 4 months work = 4 minimal wages = 18 664 zł gross
● consisting of existing work or works:
not less than 3 months work = 3 minimal wages = 13 998 zł gross
c) Large solo exhibitions
● new works and/or retrospective exhibition including new work or works and/or existing works:
not less than 6 months work = 6 pensji minimalnych = 27 996 zł gross
